I have seen a product elsewhere but not on your web site. What is the situation with this product?

The product may be temporarily out of stock or not listed currently for some other reason.You can use the "search" function, which is optional on every page of the site. Estimated Time of Arrival - ETA?

When you have been informed that the goods have been dispatched, they will arrive at the delivery address the day after between 9am - 6pm. You can track the goods online by using the tracking number.


What cards are accepted in terms of payment?

We accept Visa and Mastercard


What should I do if I think there is a problem with my order?

This could be due to technical or human error and in such a rare and unlikely event, please ring Customer Services on 01332 346521 .


What do I do if I need to send an incorrect or faulty item back to Bennetts, or the wrong item has arrived with me?

Please Email us or ring Customer Services on 01332 346521 . Bennetts will arrange for the goods to be collected. Please also refer to our Terms and Conditions.


How safe am I to order online with my credit card?

Very safe! Bennetts is committed to providing you with a secure online shopping experience. We are always striving to keep up to date with the latest technology and security protocols. You will see a padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser window when the browser is in secure mode. This will happen when you reach the checkout because your details are taken at this point.

Can I specify a time of delivery as to when I will be at home?

Due to our courier service we can only say that your goods will be delivered between the hours of 9am to 6pm, however if a parcel is delivered to your home while you're not there they will leave a card with contact details. The Courier then sends the parcel out from the depot on a day requested by the customer to ensure that they are at home and able to sign for the goods.
